WL: Crusty 1985 K20.

Subbed for a crusty build. :)

I didn't feel like replacing the entire evaporator housing, so I did what any cheap redneck would do. I cleaned up the area around the break, cut the side of a plastic oil bottle out, and JB welded it in place.

Heat works like a champ now.

I like this, Martin. We seem to think alike. :thumb:

You can have the 6.2.

You wouldn't like the axles, they have scary, deep gears.

Martin

Marty are you saying he wouldn't like that Wade's suburban is getting 5.13s?

Bwahahahaha. :haha:

Aren't the axles 85% of the reason that people like CUCVs?

Seems like you're offering me the one thing that doesn't work, and keeping the awesomeness for yourself. Very generous. ;) :P

Well, he's right. Kind of. I have yet to build a dedicated off-roading rig (unless you count tractor restorations), so I haven't gotten into gears that start with big numbers.

That doesn't mean that I don't like them, I simply haven't needed them. Yet.

My daily k10 has 4.10s. High gears are for cars. With the 6.2 700 and 37s it needs gears to work

Those missing lock outs.....those were donated to me! I'm glad to see you keeping this thing alive
