Got part of the body lift on. Unfortunately I have to go to work.

So did you just install one side, then drive it to work with some sort of Nebraska gangster lean???




I had to say something stupid since I like how top post batteries don't hide corrosion under the rubber cover......

No, I have only driven it about six feet.

Alas, even though the body mount bolts came out, only one will screw back in.

So now I have to cut out the floor pan to access the nuts.

Got the body lift done on the cab.

Now I need to take the box off.

Not very good lighting, but I was in a hurry. I'll try for a better one tomorrow.

Oddly enough, my body mounts on this cab were in really good condition. Probably better than any other one I have ever taken apart. I probably would not have bought new ones if I had known how solid they were.

Here is a hole in my driver side floor pan.
