Probably should have, but I was in a hurry when I went to pick it up, and it still looks better than those stupid megaphone tips. The most important thing is they are tucked up out of the way, and the header collector is not rubbing on my front driveshaft anymore. It’s not like my truck is a show truck.

On a side note, it is nice to see actual pictures in one of your threads. I've read through a bunch of your stuff on here and hate seeing the photobucket fails everywhere. Such a shame to loose all that value adding data.

After my victorious tailgate repair, I had to park like a jackass.

Ray said I need a new seat.

So I bought a used, but very nice cloth seat. One of the four bolts of course had to twist off in the captured nut. Then of course I broke an easy out off inside of the broken bolt. Then I tried removing it from underneath. Ray thought he could assist me by crawling on top of me on the creeper.

New seat! It feels like I added a couple inches of lift now when I drive the thing.....

I also finally installed this pinion guard I bought a few years ago (and painted for Dueling!).

I also did some next level restoration work so the badge would quit swinging around on the single mounting peg that was left. On both sides.

Also installed a jumper wire to replace my broken dimmer switch so I could drive it at night.

That reminds me, I should go to NAPA and pick up that new dimmer switch I ordered in......

I think that is all that has happened since last August???
