actually I talked to a friend whose girl friend is the dispatch person at the Katy Police station. She said the neighborhood had sent out letters to all residents, saying to call the police if they heard or saw any trucks/atv out where we where. She had said 10 calls came in in a matter of minutes.
My friend has now told her to not report anything offroad related. lol

My bond was the three ticket fines added up. Now that 2 are for sure going to be dismissed I will get that money back. As for the 3rd "no insurance" just need my lawyer to work on that one. If it is dismissed I will get it back.

And yes it was a stupid thing to do, but if I could do it all over again. I would probably be in the same spot. lol

Good News
Just have to pay $20 for the registration violation and $20 for the inspection violation, since I got them fixed within 10 days. And the insurance is going to be dismissed due to me having insurance on my other vehicles at the time of arrest. Also no lawyer needed.
So in all it only cost me $220 counting the impound fee. Still sucks but alot better then $840.
