come on out to my neck of the woods. :haha:

1hr north west or north east of me 2 of the biggest road salt plants in the north east. :doah:

we dont have snow on the roads around here in the winter. :eek1:

Sounds like a perfect Craigslist vehicle: "Rare Blazer, you don't see many like this, little surface rust, new interior (because the original seats fell through the floor) "

Found this the other day, I should have gotten a pic with the "pallet" in the back lifted up:eek1: Poor old thing.

I'll try to remember and get pics of the body mounts under my '85 K20 work truck. Its got custom made 2" square tube body lift and theres not much left of those either. Cab mounts are so rusted on one side, it makes the whole cab lean lower on the drivers side. Along with huge holes in the floorboards, too, I'll try and get the pics up sometime in the next day or so.

This is the same truck that hauled all those 14' long sheetrock and a few other things.

Seen worse. Like Deuling's plow truck pic there's some BEAT old trucks that later became plow trucks and got even worse. Seen one where I think the topper was what was holding the rear portion of the K5 together. Huge amounts of rust around the wheel openings, door on the passenger side appeared to be strapped to the body, no topper windows, tailgate was welded to the body, wheel wells hanging down and I think missing on one side in the rear, and the whole body all twisted and bent from punched through body mounts and stuff.

Saw the guy plowing snow with it for years. Even sounded like it had a good running engine in it.

I forget his name, maybe fourwheelerJeff? that had one he did a diamond plate floor job in.... iirc, that was the worst I've ever seen probably... think it was brown...

I had a 1980 K30 3+3 dually that the left dual fender just fell off of one night. It was laying next to the truck in the morning.

This is actually one of my good rigs. It has oddly solid floor pans, but the side are rusty as ****.

I have no idea how bad the floors are in this one, I just bought it for parts.

I have one out on a trailer right now with no floor pans hardly. I'll have to take some pictures.

Here is the one I was talking about.

1977 C30, had a Feed box on it.

Here is what the floors looked like the way they had been driving it.

Started tearing out the floor mat, sound deadener, and piece of tin they had under that.

Blew it out with compressed air.

Passenger side was in much better shape.

Here is why I bought it (I paid $200).
