"WRAPTOR" anti wrap bar.

Just something that wold be nice is a zirt plug to keep the greese in those bearings....

Actually its alredy there. I just neglected to get a photo of that. It's on the top side of the "wrist hub" inbetween the races. I'll get a shot of that tomorrow.

how hard would it be to drill those 12 holes with the body on? Just wondering about hole placement

Looks good adn the axle wrap part in particular is almost exactly what I was imagining when I saw your clamps and shock inboarding kit...I am anxious to this "Wraptor" installed on a rig with shocks, exhaust etc...to better visualize clearance and how well it will function. Keep the updates and pictures coming...its stuff like this that keeps me coming back to work day after day...

Finally!!! Nice work as always Kurt!!

I have a question, or maybe a suggestion, take it how, you'd like. Is there a way to incorporate the Guardsman into the truss brackets at the pinion?

When are they gonna be ready for the blazers ?

I am wanting a truss, anti wrap bar, inboard shock kit, lower shock mounts, pinion guard & diff cover.

I would like the lower shock mounts built on the truss.

Any kind of "package" deal ?

yes, there certainly is a way to do that and we had discussed it. We ended up going this route so our customers that already have a guardsman can slap it on and go. Also, the folks that don't want a Guardsman can still purchas the truss and be good to go. Just trying to keep everybody happy!

This is not to say we couldn't work it out and do it up for you with it all one piece.

As far as being ready for blazers, they are now. Drilling to mount will be required. One thing about anti wrap bars that are over the center of the axle. There just isn't alot of places for mounting. It just has to be where there is clearance.

I was planning to fab up my own system but after seeing this I see no need to. I have severe axle wrap and deffinately need to do something about it. I sent you an email today about some parts I need first. Is there a discount for a complete package? Also can you get the backbone with no clamps on the ends and the tube long enough to just weld to the housing? I don't want to mess with my shock mounts which would not clear the clamps.

Wraptor- $275
Backbone-$195
Guardsman-$65
Diff cover-$115

Even at $650 it's a good deal for everything.

Getting the Backbone without clamps does change the price in your favor.

Got your email too.

Have you done a wraptor for a blazer yet ?

A blazer has body mounts where your crossmember is.

Do you know if theres room for the crossmember in front of the body mounts?
I have the body off of mine right now, so its hard to tell if I will have room.

I'll look at my blazer frame today and see if there is any way I can tell if there is room for the crossmember mount in front of the spring buckets. My frame is so altered its hard to tell these things anymore. If you got a measurement from the spring bucket to body mount on the frame I could tell you for sure.

DOH! just remembered, there is a blazer, pretty stock for sale in town, I'll look at that one!

I'll post back tonight.

OK, I will be designing a new crossmember for the Blazers. Need a couple days or so to work out the details and then i'll post up some pictures.
