well apparently since ive got the older style steering box, i cant do the xj shaft mod:mad: , so im just going to sell it. i bought it off another member on here and the thing is ready to go. the u-joints are solid.

Check out Borgeson, you may be able to get the piece for that shaft with the correct spline.

its a PSC box that i got for a good deal so im going to keep it. i bought a stock rag joint and its working fine for now. eventually ill look into an aftermarket setup to get rid of the rag joint:D

Borgeson. Good quality stuff, although a little pricey.
 
ive got a '78. it wont work for you, sorry. you need '80+ unless you get the borgeson piece
 
If you still got it, PM with some payment details. This shaf will fit the later years not early years right?
