Ok changed from .023 to.021 pinion shim, repatterned this looks good to me.

I still like mine a little deeper towards the root of the ring gear ....

leave the pinion where it is....bring the ring gear in a little with the adjusters...

have you checked backlash ?

back lash with first shim is .005 forgot to check tonight when I change to .021 pinion shim.

See where the backlash is before you do anything else... if you adjust too many things at once you kinda loose track of what's what.. patterns not bad, I just like mine to go deeper into tooth of the ring gear...it's kinda high,,,, near the tip of the tooth.

ok so backlash was .003 after shim change. I adjusted backlash to .009 reran pattern, decided to adjust pinion shim. Switched from .021 to .019, reset backlash to .005, ran pattern.
