If you don't mind me asking I was wondering how much you had to shell out for those Alcan springs? Did you look into getting them with the orbital eye's? Nice build by the way!

Is that the same Balistic springless arm that I have? It looks different. Maybe I got the wrong arm?

Mine is for highsteer and crossover. Yours looks shorter. If your doing crossover, shouldn't you have a longer arm? Thanks!

And of course I couldn't find my hub nut socket and there wasn't one available to buy anywhere in town. 4 different auto parts stores. Fortunately, I have a buddy that owns a fab shop, and was able to borrow his.
Death wobble is GONE. Totally and completely eliminated. Absolutely zero play in the steering....It's almost weird to get used to. It responds just as fast as my '04 Nissan frontier.

Looks like a great rig to start with. What color are you going to paint it?
It's all yours bro, I won't be in the market for a doner truck for quite awhile.Hey if that cummins still runs and you wanna get rid of it let me kno what your lookin at. I'm aching for abother diesel. Sorry Joe lol
This thread has lots of potential, bring on the cummins swap!

Gonna paint the factory red again. Don't want to deal with painting door jambs and other small ****.

Tomorrow I need to spend time adjusting the steering...I just tossed the drag link and tie rod on with out adjusting or centering the steering wheel or steering box, or anything else for that matter. Just eye-balled it and called it good....it was getting late and I wanted to drink beer.![]()
By the way, aren't you putting those other springs in? Why would you spend time adjusting the draglink if you are swapping springs?
