Because it had been a wood floor. 1" oak, and we used 3/16 steel for the floor, we needed a spacer between floor and braces
The floor metal needed is more than 48" wide. Our metal supplier in our nearest town had only 4'x8' sheets of 3/16
We counter sunk the holes for the floor braces and used 1/4" stainless counter sunk bolts. The floor is modular not welded to the braces

some minor dings in places would be taken care of latter during real paint and body stage
the replacement box we bought had really good sides. We stripped and painted everything for now, but bodywork is still coming
