We counter sunk the holes for the floor braces and used 1/4" stainless counter sunk bolts. The floor is modular not welded to the braces
Starting to take shape
Because it had been a wood floor. 1" oak, and we used 3/16 steel for the floor, we needed a spacer between floor and braces

the replacement box we bought had really good sides. We stripped and painted everything for now, but bodywork is still coming
I knew these cable spools needed to be kept for something
coated everything well with paint and then truck bed liner for the underside parts
