‘82 GMC “Junkyard JIMMY” {Build bash Rebuild}

Ill still take any help I can get! and what parts yard are you shopping at?

I was down at Ecology in Chula Vista.They have a lot of big Chevys.

I told you I would come, I haven't made any plans yet. If you need some help I'll be there.

Ecology

Did you price any 14 bolt ff diffs?

That price was for any pair of complete axles. They are one step away from being crushed. I don't think they care if it's a FF,SF, has a locker or whatever it may be. It's all the same to them just a pile of scrap steel.

Next time you head out there, maybe I should tag along?!?!?!?! And the weekend of the 14th there are a few guys head out to Ocotillo for a night run.

I'll shoot you a PM when I plan on going next time.
Aug 14 night run? What part of Ocotillo?

Not sure. My ol ladies cousin told me about it. He owns an off road shop and has a big a$$ chevy pick up.

That's it for now. I had a blast. The carb wasn't set for high elevations so I had to adjust the gas/air ratios.
I didn't break anything, got a few more battle scars and came home safe. :waytogo:
