Still can’t get the rear brakes to bleed right so they were just turning. Finally broke down and bought the little $5 valve tool.

Oh I forgot. The KM3s kept getting pushed back. I ordered them in February. Sick of waiting so I switched to the new Maxxis Razr in a 37. Should be good for a while until I get some balls and jump to 40s.
Well it won’t fit in the garage with them on so it might be a little bit.

Today I just removed as much of the rust as I could with a strip disc and DA. Then clean and put some Ospho on it. Tomorrow i am going to sand again with some 180grit then hit it with some rust encapsulator, then I’m gonna sand it one more time before it gets primer.
Here you can see a little of what is left of some “patina” surface rust after being stripped and treated and hit with some 80 grit this morning. Encapsulator will go on top of this.
This probably isn’t a lifelong fix but I should get some years out it. This is what some instructional videos said to do anyway. And I don’t have the time, patience or skill to do it the permanent way.
