01 SAS Wheeler/Driver 3link

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to rebuild the door hinges. That interior is rough for 140k

Ya. I like how everything isn't loose so you have to line stuff up. Just set it on and its all lined up. It does look really bad in the pics when I fixed hinges. The worst is the driver seat, thats about it.

Got a 60 From Andrew at Letz roll offroad in AZ thanks to Shawn. And a big thanks to Jason at Pacific fab to bring it up the state after KOH.

So, I have been working on gathering all the little interior pieces that need fixing and getting seats all shampooed up. Just a lot cleaner now to drive around while I tear down the 60 and get new seals and bearings in it.

Did a little researching on the radius and that's a no go. So, 3 or 4 links the plan and I'd like to tackle the build myself but with help. I plan on using the Artec truss to match the rear I have. I don't think I'll have a problem building brackets but I have a few questions.
How do I determine the lengths of links?
Where can or does the top link need to be?
I think I have space to do even a 4link. Better?

I really like the idea of the 08 Z71 ultimate adventure, where they bent the bottom links just a bit for tire clearance. More so that the brackets came straight down from the frame for strength. I can put the upper anywhere it will fit best either on inner frame or build a new xmember to put it on.

I have a buddy planning on doing a sas on a similar truck (except 1/2 ton). What makes the radius arms a no go?

Radius arms are kind of goofy.

It puts a lot of stress on the arms from wanting to twist apart when binding. Because of this it will be murder on joints. Although you can mask that by making a longer link but that sacrifices ground clearance. Yes many manufactures have done this and it works but for the wheeling he does I would stay away from it.
