1939 Truggy tear down, NOW BUILD THREAD

Dumb question but is that stock rear axle offset to one side?

Neat at any rate.

Come on KTM, shows the pictures of what you are adapting it to!!!!!!!!!

Its all hydro brakes. Even has the frame mounted master cylinder like is cool for the hot rodders today. I was thinking of going back to cable operated just for the pucker factor. lol

Mark, no the title has not cleared, but I know who had title last and talked to him. He is cool with applying for a new one and signing it over.

snowing??

Here I am mowing my lawn today...

Cool build BTW...subscribed

Alright Bent, or is that GET BENT.

This truck was originally built buy BadDog in AZ. I am using most of the parts. leaving the cool 4 link, just changing the ride mode. Different springs.

By the way, the cool cage and firewall are for sale with the rear seats.

haha, get bent haha! wait, that ain't nice!

Not sure what you're looking at. The Fords are what had mechanical brakes back in that vintage. I see rubber brake hoses up front.
I had a 1937 chevy tow truck dually in my back yard with cable operated brakes on all 4 corners and from the front view, it looked like the 39 in the pic.

I've had the same idea for years... just haven't had the time or place to make it happen yet. I'd love to see more pics as you start getting it together.

Here are more pictures of the final tear down of the 39. The rest goes to the crusher tomorrow.
