Yes sir. This was the first th400 I put in Oprah. But running 2wd with no cooler I smoked this one and swapped it out. Case is the same but this one went to get built for this truck and to handle the little 4.8 power

Need to fab turbo hot and cold side
Few more engine cage pieces
Cab cage tubes
Back half gas tank area needs more tube
Trans x member and mount
Battery mounts
Gas tank mount
Dash and center counsel

Think that's about it. Once I get this stuff fabbed and mounted for fitment I'll tear the entire truck down 1 last time to finish weld, clean, and paint the chassis. Then time for reassemble, wire, plumb, and fire it up hopefully.

I'm assuming your referring to the heim? If so when using universals in between every universal you need a fix point for the steering shaft to have stability. So my steering uses 2 sections of double d rod that are help with 2 3/4" Heims and a 3/4" fire wall bearing. And it's all attached using 3 universals. One of the gear box. One on the steering column. And 1 connecting the double d rod.

oh, I see now. I didn't realize from the other pics that you had two universal joints. I thought that top one was just the end of your steering column which would have been a fixed point on that end.

9" got painted with some Steel-it today. Ripped off the beams and steering to start prepping those and get a coat on tomorrow. Then too get fab work finished on the chassis by Saturday... hopefully
