1969 Buick Wildcat Custom build. Sold it.

Hey if you are ready to sell it go on the Buick forums.
It will sell quick and good money.
I had a Buick 455 from a 1972 that was apart and couldn't sell it for $200.
Sold it in parts for a total of $1500.
Most were in socal

Saw a 69 Wildcat at the swap in Lethbridge today. Original one owner car, fully documented being sold by the original owner. A nice old gent...

It was a dark red, same interior though. No vinyl roof. His ask was $18K...

What he is asking and what he will get are 2 big different things. These cars are not really wanted. Everyone wants the GS, Skylark or Riviera.

Good thing for me is, mines the Custom, not as many sold.

I want a 70 Skylark GS 455 stage one or two would be fine with me! :D

How was that!?

Not the best weather for a swap meet.

The swap was OK. I would have enjoyed it more, but we had such a shitty motel and a terrible sleep. My back was an absolute wreck...and that took all the fun out of the swap for me. I couldn't get into it.

I think we'll probably skip Lethbridge in the future. The Red Deer swap is better, and way closer.

The weather wasn't the best, but the highway was mostly fine. Calgary was a little crappy in places but still mostly flew through at the speed limit. Other than that just the blowing snow across the lanes and 114 km/h.

Yeah I was wondering about the wind chill, it was windy enough here. Lethbridge would have been fun. :doah:
