Get some 1/2" pex and cut a piece long enough for your door strikers and slit it to install. They will latch so much better.

Never understood why people do this when a new striker is like $12
Until you loosen the striker and the bolt plate falls out of the back cuz the weld was broke years ago. A new Striker does not fix the problem.
I guess I'm lucky I can just reach around and grab it with my hand.
