I really appreciate your honesty, as most people wont say 'stock is fine'
For the most part I agree. The truth is I am fine with it for everyday wheeling and driving, but my eventual plans require a truck that is absolutely bullet proof among other things.
Don't get me wrong I love this truck as is, and there is no way I'm going to rip it appart and turn it into a hardcore crawler, but I will build a truck that can traverse any passable road in any weather and look good while doing it. I want something I can enjoy and not worry about at the same time.
Like I said though this will not turn into a fenderless doorless crawler that can go over 8 foot rocks at an 80 degree angle with ease. (As much as I would love one cause they are soo cool... just not this truck
)
It has been raining a lot this week (10 inches today) and Friday will be my first chance to off road the truck. I want to see what I do and don't like then go from there.
I'll report back then.
