1974 K10 Dirty Sancho

Saved from cruel and unusual punishment
Picked up a 99 L29 last week from Tilden with a 140k on it removed from a fleet truck. It needs a fan, sensor and the harness to the transmission was cut. Otherwise it appears to be in good shape and Tilden told me ran well.

Now I need to figure out what direction I want to go with it.

What did it run you?

So I hear that mentioned here and there.
Is it compatible with minimal work?
And what is the benefit?
Honestly I'm not even sure lol I was just stirring the broflo pot.

I do believe it will require repining the harness and I'm assuming more tuning capabilities along with a faster PCM. My knowledge of this is very limited but the 0411 ecm is the go to for gen3's as it is the fastest.

I guess I will wait for more feedback on this but I am trying to get an l29 in my suburban and I know the stock ecm doesn't have much support so if it's beneficial and relatively easy I will try it

The 0411 ECU is an option and yes it requires some harness (pin-out) mods to work with the 0411.

It's a joke dude...
