1975 K20 The War Wagon

Old ass sagging springs 75’ K20 4x4 and an owner with a dream
A track bar has nothing to do with a sway bar.
A track bar might be useful on a lift 6" or more because it prevents the axle from shifting sideways.
The sway bar prevents it from leaning left and right.
You have to tell us what you feel the truck is doing and we can help you make it better
Maybe i misunderstood. But thats kinda what i was thinking in regards to the sway bar. With a track bar i shouldn’t have to worry about death wobble right? Ive only got between 4” and 5” of lift.

Sorry. In the middle of stuff and posting before i read. So can i run 56”s if i switch sides for the shackles mounts to angle them backwards?
Yes.
And as for the angle of your shackle, a lift spring has an arch in it that makes it shorter, but once the weight is on it it gets a little longer and the angle gets better.

I don’t know how much a track bar can affect the death wobble.
Usually the death wobble starts from steering parts that are loose and can create a movement in the system without input from the driver

So why is the shackle not sitting at a 45 and is vertical? Nothing is wrong right? Im all paranoid now that i didnt do something right.
need weight to settle the spring. you won't see finial shackle angle until all the weight is back on.

shouldn't fret to much about issue you may not ever have.
Death wobble is not something that will happen. It very rarely happens.

My truck had front spring eyes that slid side to side on the bushing every time I turned for a decade. At the same time it had front rear spring eye bushings that looked like this ( were these)

No death wobble ever.
