1977 Silverado Crew Cab.

Hood is done. Now I need more sand paper. Can't wait to get it all done and outside!

Well now you've done it! My 7 year old looked at your paint job and just told me "daddy, you should paint your own truck too". Thanks, now I've got a new project to do besides all of the other ones too. I'll get you for this....*shakes fist and scowls* :doah:

Mine only took three months of nights and weekends! And only about half of the weekends were actually spent in the garage and probably two days of the week after work weren't spent in the garage either. If I was single I could have had it done in two months pretty easy. If I had a kid, I would probably assume more like 6 months! Lol and for the record, between materials and tools and all of the odds and ends of this project so far, I think I have right around $1750-$2000 in to it.

Oh trust me...if I spent any money on Toad's paint let alone 2-3 months on it, it would become the fanciest coffin this side of the Mississippi. After we find a house however, that's a whole different story....muahahaha.

Looks good. Are you going to open it up and rebuild/reseal it? Or is it in good/do you know the condition?

Mitch, reseal it right before you stick it in. Don't do what I did and reseal it then stick it into the corner until your ready.

Any progress on getting the trim put back on? Looking forward to seeing that.
