I would notch the side of the hoop where it meets/butts the frame. At 5* or so. So it leans out a little. Just my 2c.
 
It will then hit the steering shaft, seems they can only be ran vertical. Would this be a major problem? I do want to run a XJ steering shaft. maybe that will create more clearance.
 
I like your scale to measurement. :haha: I can relate to that but not the logo.

They are pretty large I must say. Im kind of hating that they are piggy backs.... They take up alot of space lol.

Thats why i am thinking a slight bend will help get around...
 
Seems once a little clutter gets in the way things become interesting. I'm wondering if I should cut down the hoops some so they are not as tall?
 
Wouldn't they run into the a/c box then? I think Then I would have to cut them way down to have it clear that.
 
Hmmmm, I see how you did it now. The hoops bend off the top of the frame out to the tires, while mine are the other way.
