The cam likely made the biggest difference, and without being under load you haven't used the extra fuel yet....but those were good upgrades as the extra air without the extra fuel would not be good, and you already had decent headers.

Tuning this thing is awesome, it's combining two hobbies of mine together.
Been chasing a high idle in park and neutral for a week, couldn't get the iacv to work properly and it kept doing weird things. Any guesses on what the problem was? Should be able to fix it today I'm hoping.
Your throttle body closing enough?
Close, it has a huge vacuum leak and the iacv was bad.
Decided to leave work and swap the factory gm sensors into the throttle body and fix it.

No problem, glad it worked, sounds better! Once the IAC is working properly, idling is much easier.
Now I would move the throttle plate with the idle screw so the IAC is at 5-20 counts when the engine is completely warm and idling in park. That way it has the most travel left for more air when the trans is in gear or the engine is really cold.
Once you do that, re-calibrate the TPS in the setup so its back at 0% at idle, and you'll be good to go.

Absolutely, in that video it was at 0% need it to come up 7 or 8 degrees at minimum

6.86 should be plenty visable between the wheel.
