Probably not, because the injectors will open longer to deliver the same fuel the engine needs.
But at the same pulse width, less fuel will come out, so you will have better fuel control at low load such as idle and cruise.

Going to flush the radiator of the trans cooler next week and I got some go fast parts for the rear axle in the mail yesterday. In a few weeks ORD springs will be here.
June 1st or 2nd week the truck is driving from Phoenix to Hunington beach getting long travel rear. Ord springs, fox shocks and bumps, limit straps and ord hangers.

I assume you'll need to modify the backbone to work with leaf springs? Pockets for the U-bolts and possible clearance for the spring perches?
