Thinking drilling them out, grade 8, washers and some type of lock nuts. Might add a little blue lock tight as well.

for sure use lock nuts. 10mm might fit the holes tighter with out drilling. Can even go JIC washer head fine thread 10mm

On the pistons I have two part numbers

Do you feel any vibrations when you're driving? It's hard to figure the amt of vibrations or movement you've got to be getting to cause all of the bolt problems you've come up with.
Wonder if hanging some cameras under once you have this all back together may give you some views on things.

The entire truck rattles with the cam it has, it would shake the mirrors.
Looks like when it was remanned it just got a hone and it has a 4 inch diameter piston in it. Used my micrometer.
The ORD mounts come with those bolts and locknuts. I can't say I've ever had an issue with those coming loose.
If these were not a one of a kind mount I would just do that.
Just need good bolts and lick nuts, no need to chage mounts. I think.

for some reason i can not type on my phone any more. Never hitting the letter I want. Can hardly type on my lap top.
I do the same, calling ord tomorrow to see if they can make me a new set of custom mounts instead of the recessed Allen head bolts

Cometic gaskets and arp head bolts showed up. Also got the lifter out, it was on top of the windage tray. Hoping to have the engine back in on Sunday.
Didn’t get the engine in, it fought me but it’s back together minus an oil pan, for some reason it decided to crack an ear off….
**** man that's a frustrating job. Now. I'm scared of my cam swap lol.
I've been down a similar road lately.. You'll get there. Don't rush it.
