It’s not a hard job, use 3/8 rods and as you put it into the hole rotate the crank to put the lifters up. Mine didn’t stick in the trays and the 5/16 rod didn’t work that well.**** man that's a frustrating job. Now. I'm scared of my cam swap lol.

For sure, it’s not in a big rush but it kind of is. Depends on what the property management says. I might need to be out at the end of the year.I've been down a similar road lately.. You'll get there. Don't rush it.
I have had new parts fail, my favorite is having to modify new parts. Nothing bolts onto this truck anymore it’s all one off.Could have ended up like me and have the brand new never run distributor die when you go to crank the engine for the first time.
Hardest part will be setting it in the frame everything else is easy.Well that is inconvenient as...
Glad that you are heading back together with the engine already.
Very frustrated, just wanted to set it in.You sounded pretty frustrated, glad it's back in. What exactly stripped - and I'm assuming you got that straight?
Should move this turd around pretty good!Gonna start making some woosh sounds!
The truck is going to my brothers, all my stuff is going in a storage unit and bedroom stuff is moving into a buddy’s house until I can get my own place again. You figure out your plan for the new year - as far as moving?
