If your worried about it bending, grinder and a cutoff wheel, and make a gusset or two that runs from the back side of the bump can and all the way up to the bottom of the frame.
 
Fair enough, tomorrow I should be getting this stuff in the mail and I should be able to report back with something good on Thursday being my day off.
 
I'm sure I asked this before but do I want the bump to fully compress or should I leave a tad bit extra?

Im guessing a bump stop should be mounted so your full bump on the suspension is when the bump stop is fully compressed.
 
That is my thinking, but I think I'm getting confused with the shocks that needed a little extra give.
 
Do you have any idea what yours are charged at? I'm thinking I need to let the "air" out of mine to fully collapse them and get measurements.
