It seems when I have the pinion pointed up at the transfer case of 7 degrees there is a small gap on the 4 link brackets for the leaf spring pad. Chris, do you guys recommend installing a leaf spring shim in the middle of this?

Also what is the best place to measure pinion at? I get two different readings at these spots.

What do you mean face of the yoke?

Is it bad I took a flap disk to the C's of the axle and made them smooth? :doah: I really have a problem. :haha:

Gotcha, I hope I'm not far off I already tacked the drivers side.

These are where those instructions come in handy you asked about Wade. :haha:

Being burnt out means you need more shop time. Burnt out is a feeling you get you don't get Alot of accomplishments. The more things you accomplish, the less burnt out you are. This is because you end up being rewarded for your work when you see progress.

Also remember as icehouse said, it does take some grinding of the brackets to get them to sit right. That they don't just fall into place.

Also, and this is a sincere offer, you can ship the truck and all the parts up to me and I will finish the truck for you free of charge and guarantee its done 30 days before bb14. Just letting you know.

That is true they do fit pretty good but needed bit massaging.
