Me to just having to let loose you know? I hold and hold in and eventually it comes out. I don't tend to tell people what goes on inside of me often, but I try to help others instead.

Another thing that's really getting old for the passed 3 or 4 weeks I wake up with a huge head ache and my nose completely stuffed. Takes 3 asprin and a mucinex to get to work. Then it has been a few cups of coffee and maybe a monster to actually able to focus.

I'm going to watch the movie pursuit of happyness with will smith before I go to bed. Need to remind my self what I have and the grass might not always been greener on the side. Enjoy the little things while they last tomorrow you may not have them.

We pretty much have an open invite, our shop definitely isn't fancy and we don't have a showroom or anything (even though we're in a pretty fancy area) but any of our customers are welcome by any time we're there. A head's up is nice, but we work a normal 9-5 M-F.

Brackets are kind of on, Just haven't been having the best of days lately. Feeling burned out and now I hear my days off are getting shortened makes it worse...

It seems when I have the pinion pointed up at the transfer case of 7 degrees there is a small gap on the 4 link brackets for the leaf spring pad. Chris, do you guys recommend installing a leaf spring shim in the middle of this?

Also what is the best place to measure pinion at? I get two different readings at these spots.

Work in the shop. I do general maintenance, stock new cars with pre delivery inspections and manage 8 guys.

We do everything from tires, flushes to tune ups and easy parts changing. We have a total of 9 bays

It has it's ups and down like any other job does. I definitely have learned a lot but jack about actually making a truck. I'm literally a glorified parts changer.
