Blazer bash 16? or even better the Michigan dune party?:woot:

If Summit lists it as Walbro, you should be good.

Mine was a Granatelli that was a "rebadged" Walbro (or, as of a couple years ago, they were). Common pump upgrade as the stock pump wasn't enough with turbo/nitrous, so lots of info/pictures showing the Granatelli pump was the real deal Walbro, but cheaper. But that info was a few years prior to me buying the pump.

They never advertised it as such, so it isn't really their fault (other than putting out a **** product).

Don't trust everything you read on the internet!

That makes sense Chris, I would hope I got the real deal being from summit.

What pump are you using now in your rig with the conversion?

Still propane, so no fuel pump.

Found a 6.0L missing it's fuel injection parts. Propane is more better for boost and the tanks/etc. are buried in there enough that it would be a big change to switch. And it's simple.

If I started from scratch, I'd consider gas a lot harder, but with all the parts in there/done, sticking with propane was a no-brainer especially finding an engine that was good but missing all the fuel injection parts cheap.

Well, pros and cons each way but as I said, the tons of extra work/cost tilted the scales pretty easy. Mine's a pretty special case though.

What does your fuel pump wiring look like? I've seen small gauge wire kill pumps (as in, stock wires not being big enough for aftermarket pumps).

Even if everything is good, fuel pumps go bad even on brand new cars. Walbro is pretty much as good as it gets to me.

Th engine harness has it wired into a relay with I believe 12gauge and out the relay to the pump is thick heavy insulated 10 gauge.

I ordered up a fuel pump, blazer bash is coming in FAST and I'm trying to limit my spending habits to make it.

It is a Walbro off amazon, it is 50 dollars cheaper then summit, I hope I don't get a knock off and this one works. :doah:

The old one probably didn't from collecting dust from sitting on the shelf for 3 years. :haha:

If it's almost half the cost it does sound like a knock off to me?

I hope that doesn't cost you more than $50 in the long run.

Don't you work at a gm dealer? Could have gotten an ac delco for cost

Rig up a ketchup bottle full of gas and one of those boat primer things!!!

Get this baby breathing!!!!:haha:
