Time to break out the wiring diagram. Really sucks that you had to go through all this to find out there's a wiring issue. Did they give you any ideas about what specifically to check?

Wrong tune, it's not getting a good signal or it's sending a signal to the wrong wire.
Tcm controls the commands for line pressure.

Wrong tune, a wire not getting a signal or the wrong signal to a wire.
Talked to 208 which tuned the ecm, said 2000-07 is the same.
