Mobil 1 is a great option.

Napa brand 10W30. You might be able to get away with using a 15W40 in AZ but I've tried it up here in my wifes 6.0 and it throws a low oil pressure light in the winter on cold startups.
As I understand it Napa brand oil is re-labeled Valvoline. I've been running nothing but Napa brand in my wifes trucks and she has over 200,000 on this truck and had 150,000 on her old truck. This one is still running strong and doesn't burn oil, the old one was great the day her boss sold it to move her up into a new truck. Both were pushed hard hauling horses around Colorado without any issues, knocks on wood.
