It's no secret. I poop a lot
So does anyone know where to get a good priced trailer hitch that doesn't have those horizontal bolts holding it in to adjust the width? For some reason those really bother me.

Like this? Search class v hitches and you should be able to narrow it down and weed out the bolt together hitches.
I'm also trying to be a cheap arse to, so that doesn't help.

Sucks about this is I won't be able to go until the 20th to find one. I have tried to use my LKQ wholesale account to find parts for my truck and he said it's to old and asked why that's in a KIA store. I didn't have the cajones to tell him it was mine and was being lazy

I see them at the yards all the time. Had to remove one for my k5 gas tank skid.
Closets yard to me is about 26 mins away and 35 from work. Not able to go on a lunch break.
There's one in my yard you can have.. It was off the blazer but appears to be a truck hitch.
I'll take pics with a tape so you can see dimensions.

Why not? Most of the local boneyards know me from the dealership. We buy parts from time to time. But when the odd squarebody request comes in, they pretty much know it's for me. Sometimes I call myself, other times I have my parts guy call. Most of the time it's me. They sell to me at the same rate they would our shop, they just have to add tax for my personal stuff. No reason to be ashamed. If your shop buys a lot of parts, it's pretty smart for the yard to help out on your personal projects to keep you buying parts from them for the business. You are not the only guy doing it that's for sure.
Keep this in mind from what an old neighbor told me. It's not always what you know, but WHO you know. Getting to know your vendors can find common interests, projects and so on. I'm pretty tight with our Napa sales rep over common interests and grew up in the same area, hell we had the same auto shop teacher in high school. We were just a few years apart. I trust him, he helps me out on goofy Napa warranty issues. We bought enough parts and equipment through him his store earned a free trip to Hawaii last year. He bought a new Colorado from us and gets his work done by us.

Completely agree, with LKQ we don't buy a lot. Autozone I put in probably 5 orders a day, they gave me a smoking deal on a engine when it blew up.
Besides, who says you can't have a square traded into a Kia store? What friggen business is it to them what your store works on? People still get shocked at what we pull into our Chevy store. Dodges, Fords, Toyotas and Hondas are common in ours. I'm happy as hell the local Ford store has all but given up working on GM stuff. Darn near every GM they traded for this summer got sent to us for something because the crack staff of greenpeas they have for techs just can't handle them. It's borderline crazy. They freaked out on a low tire warning last week and threw a lot kid in it to bring to us to diagnose. Walked back into the shop to get the tire sensor tool, come back to see the left rear tire almost on the rim it was so low. The warning was because the tire was at 6psi. Not a dead sensor. Had they just looked at the dang tire they wouldn't have had to bring it to us. Insane.
It could be worse! I have permission to use our shop account to order parts for my personal projects from napa but I feel guilty doing it. Don't know why! The owner still hooks me up with great deals (sometimes parts at cost) so it works out either way for me. Sadly most days I'm too lazy to drive across town to napa and take advantage of oreillys being 3 or 4 blocks from my house. Lol
Auxiliary fuse block, new oil psi sender, trailer hitch and a bench seat cover are on order.

lol on the TP. If I'm going further than work (3 miles) I make sure I keep a roll or 2 in the truck. Got tired of trashing my bandanas....
