Think I figured out the tcase last night but I ran out of silicone and it was 9pm so I went inside to eat dinner and go to bed.
Won't spin again.... no way once together it should be this hard to spin the output.

Ripped it completely down and checked the fork and action, set it all together but the half and it works. Put the case half on and can spin it, takes a lot but I can. Letting the silicone set up and eating ice cream, I'll go out in a few mins and try to shift it.
Won't shift into 4wd, tried beating the arm with a hammer and even hanging the tcase odd the rod.

I haven't contributed anything about the t-case because it has me stumped too... I started to think maybe it was in 4lo and you were just feeling the resistance from the gear reduction but then you said it won't shift. I have had a bunch of different NP models apart and back together but haven't ever had a problem like this??? Good luck man.

It functions perfectly I just grabbed a beer and going to put the dang thing in.
