I used a Walbro 255 in an '87 tank and sending unit 10 years ago when I did my FAST EZ EFI system. Still going strong today. I used the FAST brand pushlock hose for the supply and the stock 3/8" hardline for the return.

Get a legit Walbro and don't over think your fuel system.
Completely agree, just wanting to fine tune it now.

Well crap, I got the trail blazer ss intake and went to put the gen 4 fuel rail on and it doesn't mount right.

So basically I bought a worthless gen 4 intake. :rotfl:

Which fuel rails are you talking about? The TBSS intake shares the same part number as the GEN IV truck intake, so any gen IV fuel rails should fit.

I'm not sure, maybe I need to look at it again. I was in a funk Friday and kind of tossed my hands up in the air.

After looking at it closer the tbss intake is taller then the gen4 intake I have. Now who makes a cheap rail.

They're the same part number, they should be exactly the same. Can you post some pictures, something sounds off.

GM new fuel rails are around $100 online. I think ebay had the cheapest price last I looked.

Thats what I'm saying but you can see it being taller. I'll try and get some part numbers after work.

What do you guys think of this fan setup?

I have almost the exact same thing in my Regal, although I had to fab a new aluminum shroud to fit my setup. The fans works quite well. I'll send you a PM, my source has those in stock. How tall is your radiator core?

Radiator measures 28 3/8 and 18 5/8 It's a little off but close enough? Being in Arizona and the high temp heat I would like the most CFM as possible.

The move quite a bit of air, 4000 CFM, I like them. I don't have 110 degree days, but I do have about 900 HP on motor alone, and I have driven it in 90 degree temps. I think you may have to spend quite a bit more to get more air yet, which I don't think is necessary, but I don't live in Arizona. Make sure you use one relay per fan, don't combine them. I like to offset the on temps in the ECU for each fan by 5 degrees so they don't instantly load the system both turning on at once.

I will have to run part numbers but I believe it's a Gen4 truck rec port.
Right so are you upgrading to rec port heads, if not then throw your comparison in the garbage until you get the right cathedral port Gen IV/TBSS intake.

I already bought it, side by side the tbss intake is taller and the rail doesn't fit. I have been on a spending spree lately.... speaking of that electric fans ordered.

Would it be weird to use the main fuse block as a key on to trigger a solid state relay to power a aux fuse block?

So you have cathedral port heads and a rec port truck intake. I'm confused. Please break this down for me.

I have a lq4 with cathedral. I thought I was buying a tbss intake in a sketchy neighborhood but it turned out to be a rectangle port intake. I recently bought a tbss intake for the cathedral heads and now the fuel rail won't fit and the mounting bosses are on the wrong side of the rail.

Ah okay clear as mud now. Are you trying to fit the fuel rail from the rec port intake to the TBSS intake?

Ok guys, need some help on wiring the headlight switch. I have attached a diagram of what I think it is, can someone over look it and verify I have my head straight? @Chevy305 , I think this what you mentioned last night.
