Reusing some old stuff and cleaning up the wiring a lot.
I have a main battery junction behind the intake manifold. This will power that off the starter lug.

Should be prepping the firewall filler pieces this weekend and hopefully install.
@ktmoutfront what was the process we did on the firewall? I forget if we wet sanded the primer to 2000 grit and what we started at.

600 wet before base base coat.

So you are using fan as pusher? Derale told me all their fans are pullers. More "efficient"
I have had this trans cooler on for years and it took you to point out the fan was on backwards.
I have it set to pull air through the cooler into the radiator. 
I have found ignorance is bliss. Never worried or even thought to much about trans cooler. Add 1 make sure is not leaking.
Until I put a temp sensor on my suburban. Now I am thinking back on all those high horse power engines I added and never considered the trans cooling.
I have a huge Derale cooler combo, I need to install, is going to be remote location. Is to big to go infront.

You shouldn't even need the fan there with the fans you have behind the radiator now.

Probably not but more is always better? I'm even debating about adding another cooler...
Not necessarily. It's possible to impede airflow. As far as I know, only testing can tell you what happens. Try it with and without, or check airflow rate with a anemometer.
