Yes, I don’t even have a vent hooked to it to make sure.Is the vent on your case open and clear?
Are the lifters out?Stuck here, pulled it out multiples times, looks clear all the way down. Jiggled it spun it both ways even talked dirty to it.

I can push it up but it doesn’t stay.
It’s the hang up, it won’t get passed the bearing cause it hits the lifter.So is it the hang up?
Are you using a rod or long handle screwdriver in the center of the cam for a handle?

Tried it don’t have a strong enough oneCan you use a magnet some how to hold the lifter up?
I really don’t want to pull it outFlip the engine upside down so lifters stop dropping
