I've had the idea of building a box with A/C lines running through it to cool incoming air for any engine since like '99-'00. Guess I should have jumped on that chit many years ago lol.

Out in Arizona, that still might not be enough to keep that trans cool lol.
Might need to route the lines through your AC vents before it's done

Random thought, would if be a good idea to make a access panel above the tcase bolts to easily get to them? it would be covered with carpet, maybe a Velcro piece then unbolt the cover to get to them?

It seems the real problem is preventing the bolts from loosening, not making it easier to tighten them?

I have nord lock washers on it now and they seem to be working pretty good. A part of me wants to make it easier to work on though if needed.

At this point you may as well route the trans through the radiator and use that new cooler to cool the engine!

That is why I had the idea, also have new AMD trans tunnel coming so I can also finally get a 4wd shifter in place.

Got the back half of the floor cut, took 8 jig saw blades cause I bought the wrong ones from the borrowed jig saw.

The floor was resting on the trans, I bet this caused some of my vibrations?

Was able to get back on it today, all that’s left is the lip for the door seal and another hole.

Not sure how I want to do the lip. Any tips?
