I think some of the Dodges have the option to cool the intercooler water with the a/c, not the trans though.
 
I've had the idea of building a box with A/C lines running through it to cool incoming air for any engine since like '99-'00. Guess I should have jumped on that chit many years ago lol.
 
Random thought, would if be a good idea to make a access panel above the tcase bolts to easily get to them? it would be covered with carpet, maybe a Velcro piece then unbolt the cover to get to them?
 
I have nord lock washers on it now and they seem to be working pretty good. A part of me wants to make it easier to work on though if needed.
Since the interior is all tore up at the moment, now would be the time if you want to.
 
Got the back half of the floor cut, took 8 jig saw blades cause I bought the wrong ones from the borrowed jig saw.

The floor was resting on the trans, I bet this caused some of my vibrations?
 
Was able to get back on it today, all that’s left is the lip for the door seal and another hole.

Not sure how I want to do the lip. Any tips?
