Did the SYE, weld in brace/repair kit, ladder bars, and made my own "bolt in brace"
Quite happy with how everything turned out.. I can actually stand on it and not worry about the atrocious axle wrap and drive-shaft problems I had before
Plus.. I can actually drive it with one hand without ****ting bricks now too..
Pix..
SYE:

I went with a F350 front drive-shaft and had it shortened, has anybody had the center bored out to fit onto the 241/208 front output? Or ground the flange on the output flat? Thus being able to use one for a front shaft as well, I was quite impressed with it's spline size... I've "stripped" several front shafts back in the day..
Steering brace kit:
Before grinding

Quite impressed with it's design, definitely worth the money...
And my hillbilly weld in brace, I welded a rod in between 2 of the bolts for the steering box, then added a piece of flat stock that got bolted into the front cross member, added some triangulation, bolted it in... box doesn't move any more.

Apparently the only picture I've got of the ladder bar parts..

Frame brace prior to back brace
Also had a friendly argument with a friend about where and how I did my ladder bars will limit the truck's "flex" ability. Thus... out came the bobcat to take poser shots depicting more flex than I'll ever put the truck into.. Guess they don't limit the flex too greatly.
