ORD Motor mounts and transfer case mounts installed today. I knew the OE mounts were bad, but I was surprised at the drivers side. It was basically collapsed and the bolt was broken and super short. The two half's were riding on each other, as proved by some shiny witness marks. I was getting a weird vibration on turns, and this was the reason.
Not good:

Well, here's the problem!!

The rest of the drivers side bolt was long gone:

Something I haven't seen before was this notch on the passenger side engine bracket, to allow the bolt to be slid out without removing the starter.

The new motor mounts dropped right in place, but were a bit more difficult than the K10 due to the 6.2 exhaust manifolds.
Interesting fact is ORD included Grade 8 bolts that mate the two pieces together with the bushing, the set I got for the K10 had Grade 5. Probably not a big deal.

The OE transfer case mounts were wrecked, the years of oil leaks really took their toll.
Side by side comparison:

Fresh mounts installed:

Yea, its kinda grimy under there. I will get it all cleaned up eventually.
I was concerned about the all the new mounts creating extra vibration, but I can't really tell the difference. As mentioned above, they actually helped with the weird sounds I was hearing on turns.
