Ya I figured it may settle or even out hopefully. If not would I be ok throwing one of my smaller 56" leafs in there that I took from my rear? Replacing one of them in the pack. I realize that lead won't be centered but it should work.

Possibly but that's not my current issue. Even being a little long they should be even
With that wouldn't a shorter shackle bring the spring eye even closer to the frame? That would make my passenger side hit the frame on its own weight

Yes. Every piece of scrap and nuts a bolts that I didn't use. Brake drums and 2 run flats

What caliper brackets are you running for the disc brake swap?
