Cut fenders are all welded up, I could never be a body guy. They need some inside reinforcement still.

Progress, I think cutting this hood to fit was the most tedious and strssful part so far but it's actually looking much better than I anticipated. Gotta get the hood pins back in place. Rear hinges were also retained so I'm thinking about making an old school hood prop rod.

Looks good, the hardest part for me converting my old 85 long bed to short bed was the bed floor.

Kinda my sentiment exactly, my only silver lining is once it rubs up against rocks it'll match the rest.

Gotta say, dove nose and baby grill came out ****ing amazing. Huge thanks to @Tnsejed and my friend Tyler who many of you Moab regulars have met for making it look so good. Beyond thrilled.

Had a number of things to tackle, wrapping lines that are near headers, running brake lines and vent line, reinstalling electric fans clearanced for the shock hoop, a biggie was that I had my accessory and relay box under the hood on the driver fender. I moved all that on a nice clean panel on the rear fender tub but that took a lot of time. Butttt happy to say after 5 or 6 months she is sitting on her own weight again. I also like where reservoir placement landed.

Actually further than I would have guessed, I'm pretty happy with it.

Steering with full hydro is way more sensitive than I was expecting, combined with body roll from #noswaybars truck it's a little crazy at first. But so far, all systems optimal.
