For the time being I’m going to build a driveshaft to fit the k30 as it is now until I can find a tcase. Seems like when you want one they are nowhere and when I don’t, I am literally tripping over them in the yards.
Well I have the gm driver drop if you get the dodge one.Driver drop 241dld and 241c to use the dodge front and the gm output housing.
That will work for either truck that gets the driver drop axle.
That makes sense. Would be nice if you were able to build the shaft in a way where you could use it without modification with the hp60 if you end up going that route. That probably what 3-4” difference because of the hp vs lp? I read somewhere that those Superlift 12" springs are only 44" eye to eye. Can you confirm?
That would lead me to think that the shackle angle would be unfavorable.
(I've been thinking about how to get 44's on my K10.....haha)
