This week I had a second brief opportunity to see this truck in person. Mr. Greg has done some really nice fab work, getting Ford pieces attached to GM leaf springs on a non-leaf chassis. Truly a piece of art.
I'll be the one person out there who actually likes his use of nylock nuts.
I noticed that he did finally relocate the PMD...err...it's now back to being a normal FSD.
I'm kinda surprised that he didn't repurpose the old coil spring bucket for the shock mount, but the way he worked it is simple and effective.
I'd be in favor of reinforcing the engine cross member (much or most of it has been cut off to give clearance to the differential).
He does still have one problem...no transfer case yet. So the D60 is lonely.
Overall, it is very nice works of works.
