FYI you can set auto starts to pause for glow plugs. Then retry again when it doesn’t start.
Fixed.

The one on my Cummins has a 10 second delay for the grid heater.

They're all over YouTube:
Agreed. I do need to test it, but it will be plugged in every night from now on. I have a timer for it to turn on a couple hours in advance. No need to add stress and wear just for a video. But I’d like to know I’m covered if needed. While it's good to test to be sure that your truck will start at some stupid cold temp. If you ever really need it to. Not plugging it just to make a video is beyond stupid.
I'm definitely in the camp of plugging it in so it starts easier and gives me heat sooner.
I think testing is good. You could blow a fuse, power goes out, cord has problems, timer doesn't work, block heater fails.
So testing to see if you can start it with it not being plugged in I think is a good idea

Picked this up on my lunch break for $65. I only plan on using the front half, but an extra rear isn't a bad idea.

My window sticker? or the one on the shaft?
That's for my cousin Robbie. He died when he was 24. Was driving recklessly and killed himself on his crotch rocket August of 2006. He t-boned a ranger at a stop light doing about 90mph. It flipped the ranger on to it's roof. I was with him about 10min before it happened. My last memory of him was him doing a burnout on the same bike as he left where my truck had died in a parking lot. He had stopped to help me get it started, and was then on his way. Crazy. You never know when the last time you'll see some one is going to be.

That’s a successful install. Good looking stance.I am in love with this truck all over again!
