ita a lincoln 180 i usually weld hot but i am still learning and am fairly inconsistent.

yea the spacers are on their way out i think they are the last of the previous owners half ass fixes

bad ass! I did kind of the same in the back, but your **** looks nice!

Why weld a second outer plate on the spring shackles? Why not just use thicker plate to make them out of? not raggin, just curious.

not sure why, but I'd say thats the metal he had so thats what he used....plus it looks cool:waytogo:

i did the overlay plates in a few places. i seen it somewhere else and thought it looked cool plus i could use some practice welding and such.

im doing the same on the rear shock mounts now

Subscribed! I want to see how this turns out! Its a little late now sorry i didn't see it sooner, but i used a design similar to Kerts front hangers for my front rear 63" swap. I can post picks later if you would still like. I like having the adjust-ability of moving the axle forwards or backwards. Also what 52" spring are you using? I used my stock ones from the rear and they give me more lift than i would like was thinking about pulling a leave but im afraid of making them to soft.

Great work by the way!

those front hangars for the rear leafs are sweet id buy a set im doing a 64" swap also just waiting to buy new bushings

I'm selling these ones now. I'm in the process of swapping my drive train to a truck and have no use for these if you are interested.
