Well, changing the barometric pressure to match your previous density altitude of around 300 ft puts your ET at 11.99 @ 116, right on the edge. You get better air than that, you can more easily be in the 11s.
It seems your 60 fts were better when you were launching at a higher RPM. How was the oil and trans temp? warmed up?
Typically if you load the converter more on the launch your 60 ft and ET both improve but your MPH can suffer a tad, if your tires can hold it. What RPM can you hold the engine too with your footbrake and the new converter? What pump cam you have? If you have 30 cc pumps I would put the pink cams on.
