'67 Truggy rebuild

That thing is PIMP! I wish I had the resources to put a CTD in my burb! Some day... Anyhow did you ever find that heater? Summit makes one too.... BTW They have both the Flexalite and Summit brand ones in the Heep section of their catalog

No heater yet. Soon though. I did look at those you told me about and we will be getting one for if. Been striping our 94 donor truck of parts we needed :D. Hopefully in a few days we'll have the front clip on for intercooler fitment.

This isn't moving very fast now :(. Almost got the D60 rebuilt, then we will start assembling the front clip along with radiator and intercooler.

Started putting the front clip on for fitment of intercooler and that's all the farther I got. I'm hunting some lower kingpins so I can get it back on the tires and roll it out in the sunlight :D.
Going to take a bit of time making intercooler brackets too.

any updates

I have all the parts for the front diff except joints and a steering arm. Any thoughts on that? Stock joint,OX,CTM,ect?? Once they are in I'll push it outside and get more pic's :D. I need to get the master cylinder mounted and put the starter in as well.

You can cut out a lot of the the latch support and not really affect it's strength, there's a lot of room once that's trimmed. Surely you could make it fit.

After the latch support is trimmed you could take a small piece of strap and weld it on to replace the back lip that you'll need to cut off. just make sure you have sufficient strength at the bottom where it bolts to the core support.

Depending on how big your intercooler is you may have to cut the core support for the intercooler to mount closer to the radiator. Pic's would help with the brainstorming.

Couple pic's of Cummins #2 getting torn down. Motor he has in the truck was a rotory pump'd motor and he got a good buy on a 94 3500 that had a P-Pump'd motor so he grabbed it up. We're going to try to get it running the way it sits and build this motor up the way he wants.

good work! Check out cummins in a suburban thread from
Mosesburb he has pics of his modified bracket..... good luck

Well, things have taken a turn :D. We just bought an 02 Duramax drivetrain and the Cummins is coming out and the D-Max is going in. Still going to try to run the nv4500/205.
PPE makes a standalone harness we are going to buy and go from there. We haould be able to make 550hp on the stock turbo with tuning.
